Pastor Angela Cortiñas presented a lecture onfasting and self denial, reading and reflecting on God’s Word, prayer, and alms giving/works of mercy, as part of our year long focus on discernment at St. David’s. During Lent we will explore the ways in which spiritual practices open Christians to the movement of the Holy Spirit. We focus on a different discipline each Sunday.
