Dr. Suzanne Seriff, from the Schusterman Center for Jewish Studies presents a period of Texas history between 1907-1914 in which Jews migrated to the US through Galveston as part of an organized immigration plan to save Jews from the pogroms and Army conscription of Eastern Europe.
